At Eden Noir, each piece is created with intention. We do not rush what is meant to endure.

Order Processing

Most Eden Noir pieces are released through limited pre-orders. Once a pre-order window closes, production begins. This allows us to focus on quality, restraint, and purpose over excess.

Estimated production time: 2–4 weeks (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Updates: You will receive notifications as your order progresses through each stage.

Shipping Timelines

Once your order has completed production:

Dispatch: Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days.
Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent immediately upon shipment.

Delays & Care

Because many items are made-to-order, occasional delays may occur. If this happens, we will communicate clearly and promptly. We ask for patience not because we move slowly, but because we move with care.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Eden Noir is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. However, if an issue occurs, please contact us and we will assist you where possible.
