Eden Noir operates on intention, not excess. For this reason, our return policy is intentionally limited.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

All pre-order and limited-run items are Final Sale. Because these pieces are produced specifically for you after the order window closes, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production begins.

Note: Please review product details carefully before placing your order or before the pre-order window closes.

Standard (Non–Pre-Order) Items

If an item is eligible for return, the following conditions apply:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Packaging: Original packaging must be included.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly ineligible for return or refund:

  • Pre-order items and limited edition releases.

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: Please include clear photos of the issue.

  • Resolution: We will prioritize your case and make it right.

Refunds

Refunds to original payment methods are not offered except where legally required. This policy protects the integrity of limited releases and ensures fairness to every customer.
